UNICREDIT BANK GAME APP FOR EMPOLOYEE ONBOADING
ABOUT THE PROJECT
After completing my first project for UniCredit Bank, they approached me with another challenge. Their HR department was struggling with onboarding new employees, who were expected to read more than 300 pages of PDF documents explaining how UniCredit Bank operates and how responsibilities are divided across the organization.
My studio proposed an onboarding game with 4–5 hours of gameplay that teaches employees how the bank works through engaging, custom-designed games built around UniCredit-specific content. Employees responded very positively to the format, finding it far more engaging, while UniCredit benefited from clearer progress tracking and a more manageable onboarding process.

COMPLETE CONTENT CREATION TOGETHER WITH UCB
I personally organized two-hour interviews with heads of divisions at UniCredit Bank, working closely with the HR team. I handled the interviews, briefing, and timeline management, ensuring the content was clearly understood, properly documented, and ready for the game writer and production team.

NARRATIVE AND GAMIFICATION OF CONTENT
I made sure that my team transformed the collected material into a series of short, playful game scenarios that communicated each division’s responsibilities in a clear and engaging way. Complex internal processes were broken down into interactive challenges, making the information easier to understand, remember, and apply in practice.

FULL DEVELOPMENT OF THE GAME
I oversaw the complete development of the onboarding game, coordinating design, content, and asset production to ensure everything was consistent, production-ready, and delivered on schedule for implementation.

APP ASSESSMENT AND PACKAGING
We prepared the final build for internal release, reviewing the experience end to end and packaging all assets and documentation to ensure a smooth handover and deployment within UniCredit’s internal systems.
